BF2S Forums Scar-L or G36C?

Scar. Why? cause I destroyed an entire squad with it once. Yes, it was a full one.

and the G36c is the better weapon. Unlock the SCAR at last. Same with the F2000.
All other Unlocks are more useful.

Don't bother learning unlocks since you can't use them in twl/cal. M4/ak74 ftw

Spent alot of time with both guns while putting in my 100 hours for spec ops.  Went back and forth.  Finally decided that the crazy recoil of the scarl was just too much.  36c is just a better gun peroid because of its incredible accuray and less recoril.  Cant count how many times ive killed snipers with it at long range.  I learned to put in on single shot for basically anything past 25 feet.  Why?  You can tap the trigger as fast as you can and they will all hit.  So you can actual kill faster than if you were bursting your bullets.  Also, if they go prone then aim for the head.

Also, the jackhammer is not needed.  If your MEC, the S12k is just as good if not better.  Slightly less damage but less recoil and significantly faster reload.  If your USMC or China, how can you NOT use the pump shotties.

Face it, I'm all about looks, the Scar wins it for me, that thing looks so bad ass I am pissed the gun sux more the the STOCK weapon for Spec-op...(If what u guys say is true) I think you get lucky most of the time though, I mean when you face a dude, it comes down to WHO aims at the head first, who fires first. I know BF2 is shit for accuracy and authenticity.

Last night everytime I killed a dude as Spec-Op on Midnight Sun (My new favorite map) I went to pick up their kit, i vs'd medics with the G36, assault with the AK, support with the RPK, and one guy who was Spec with the G36....So I say its just about how good you are, how well you take cover, and who see's the other guy first. Thats what it comes down to, skill in the PLAYER not so much in the gun. But ya, close range, urban fighting when people just run around corners....I don't know.  The Scar does indeed have shitty recoil I always single shot and rapid click mid/long range.
