Climb ladder faster.... ?

Okay so i started playing sniper a bit more in the past weeks, for shure playing sniper is great and being a claymore whore is so funny... but you know sometimes you wanna go on top of high bulding such as the Square in karkand... and when you are MEC and you hold square and usmc have hotel and its a populated server, its pretty hard to go up there because they usually kill you when your on the ladder...

So my question is : Do you think snipers should climb ladder faster ?
