If you've done weight lifting like me then this is not entirely accurate since your muscle mass will make you weight more than your perfect weight. However this can be used as a semi-accurate chart if so.
For example, I'm 6'0 @ 201lbs - My Body fat is about 10% so I'm overweight according to this chart but I'm really not.
If you haven't done some serious weight lifting then it IS accurate, 3 days of weight lifting is not serious .

If you are simply weight lifting this wont do a thing, it will just build muscle underneath the fat and make them look worse.
Do some running to burn the fat off.
