i'm at 26 roughly. slightly overweight. but seeing as i lost 15Kg in the last 2 months i should be inside the normal range soon
once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.
5'9" ~130lbs
BMI 19.2
I wonder how accurate this is because what about bodybuilders? Muscle weights more than fat. Also theres a difference between males and females. Women dont have the same body type/mass as men.
eg. A body builder dude thats 5'9" 200 lbs has a BMI of 29.5 Not really overweight, just a muscle neck.
BMI 19.2

Me = Skinny fucker
Me = Skinny fucker
23.5 BMI, and I'm like 5' 7" and around 150 lb (give or take). time to put on lean muscle mass and work out.
That isn't accurate. By using height to weight, someone that is 5' 9" and weighs 250 and is all muscle would be considered overweight. It's been proven this forumla is a joke.
17.6
yeah hes got a point, but anyway-5'10"/170lbs/24.4BMI and its not fattoo_money2007 wrote:

Yep you are right about being FAR from accurate since I'm 5'9" at 200lbs with 5.1% B.F. ( checked it last nite at the gym using pool, now that will give you the most accurate reading)MetalMaiden wrote:

19.8!! Woo, I thought I was underweight at 6'1" and 150lbs but I guess not.
23.0 exactly... hmm, but i dont have much fat on me at all, mostly muscle.
Actually, last year, when i had football, we had to go into the nurses office and we had to do this and i was in really good shape from summer workouts for football, but i was "overweight" but like 2 pounds so they sent a letter home.... fail.
That was when i was only 5'7 though, ~5 more pounds since 3 inches in height

Add me on Origin for Battlefield 4 fun: DesKmal
wtf... i am a "28.4" at 6'1" and 215 lbs. that would make me "overweight" WTF??? i mean yea i could loose 5 lbs. if i really had to but dude... i work out and play hockey... i am not that overweight... the body mass chart is fucked up, it always has been... use big muscular guys are always listed at "fat" by the chart, but i doubt that you would like to look me in the face and call me "fat" lol ... (it would be a good way to get yourself a free trip to the hospital )
edit:
BTW this chart is fucked up... it should give options for men and women and let you input your age... it makes a big difference... there are better charts...
