i know 4 people off hand with 1000+ hrs and no ph. one of em was actually awarded one in a round but it never showed in his stats. he got owned

I actually tried to get one once for like 2 rounds. That shit is hard to get, I couldn't do it. You have to be a complete idiot to actually get one without trying imo

When you have a shitty router that would freeze every minute for about 10 seconds, it was kind of hard not to get one. So then I got a new router. Havn't done that bad since
