I couldn't find anything is search so kill me if I missed it.
I was thinking of getting the Geforce 8800 but there is something I'm not understanding. I have a dell xps600 and I talked to dell and they said the 8800 won't work on my sys because there is no power cable from the PSU to plug into the card. So I went to BFG's web site and looked at the specs for the 8800 GTS and the specs say it only requires a single PCI supplemental power supply plug, which I have 2 of. So why wouldn't it work?
Specs
Dell XPS 600
2.8g dual core chip
NVidia nforce4 chipset on mobo SLI ready
650w PSU
dual 256mb Geforce 6800's
160g HD
1G mem but getting more when I purchase ne vid card.
Gotta run to the store, Check back in an hour.
