Allright, I have a small problem. Whenever I use my headset, my computer takes on a mind of its own. It will just make me run, straffe, fire, whatever the hell it wants. This only happens when i use my headset.
A friend of mine pretty much called the problem, but i don't know what to do about it (other then get a new headset). He asked if the headset was a usb, yes, then he asked if my keyboard was usb, yes. I also use a nostramo n52, wich is also usb. He said something was conflicting? Can i stop this?

Perhaps adequate power is not going to all the USB ports.

Look in Device Manager under Universal Serial Bus Controllers. See how many USB Root Hub listings you have, then right click > Properties > Power. If the total power usage is over 500mA on one then your devices are drawing too much power and overloading the USB hub.

Try this with your headset connected, then without it and what it reads.

Is the 500mA limit the same for all USBs?

on each different port of each hub yes.

Just swap the usb plugs about, preferrably put the trouble device on its own hub (2 ports per hub, just use one)
