Also people need to learn the difference between being fat and overweight. Right now I'm around 220 pounds(15.5 stone) and 6'2, this according the BMI makes me overweight and far too close to obese. However during the summer when I'm not doing as much sport (read rugby) I loose a whole heap of weight and while the BMI then says I am a normal weight I feel far weaker and far less healthy.
This is why I hate these kind of tables which classify people, there are two many variables, you're much better off using a body fat analysis as a way of judging if people are fat or overweight.
