BF2S Forums Yes another Admin experience

i nearly had the same yesterday but a bit more weak.

just joined an oman server, got on the Us side and spawned on the carrier since i wanted to fly a bit. jet was there so i hopped in since no1 else seemed to want it.
so i flew around racking up kills ans MEC pilots didnt seem to try to get me. then after about 10 min in the air i got a bit eaer and crashed into a tree after i MG´ed some ground troops. i had no tk´s and only took out their bomber on their airfield once and that also only cause i just came by and saw it on the runway. but after the crash i got kicked and today i saw that i was banned.
it actually is my first ban since im a nice guy and i dont spawn rape, stat pad or something. sure several kicks due to TK´s from bombing and not checking the map first my bad.
but banning me for no real reason only cause i owned them in the air and on the ground (15-1 when i was kicked)?
anyway im gonna find that server again and gonna complain on their homepage/forum cause some clan server admins need a damper.

the most annoying thing are admins with rules wich they arent obeying themselfes.

yeah and they are plenty, especially on the official EA servers

just reading that guide there, and one of the first things it mentions is always punish for tk. I hate the people who will punish you when it is clearly their fault.

Got punished the other day by this guy after he walked into my claymore. He saw me prone, and must have known there was a claymore infront of me, but he still insists on walking out infront of me.

Last night I'm playing Insurgent on Warlord.  I'm engineer and I'm mining the inclined road toward the uncappable Brit base.  My mines kill the same dude driving a tank twice, then I catch him with his pants down a third time and pop a mine on his turret followed shortly therafter by another boom.  I decide I'm tired of this bozo tank jockey so I make a run for the Brit base to snag the tank before he gets it YET AGAIN. 

I'm not a master of that map yet so I'm not exactly sure where the Brit tank spawns.  I'm wandering around aimlessly and in spawns you know who.  I jackhammer his lame ass and literally 5 seconds later I get kicked for base raping.  Looks like I was owning the admin who was also a pretty sorry loser.  That's justice for you.

This server admin kicks anyone he don't like, wether he disobeyed server rules or not. He also treated me to kick me because I had 20 points more then the rest with flag work at karkand. On Plant map I used bomber and got a lot of points and never died and he kept telling me to stop plane whoring. But I didn't die in jet so I was not whoring. Gulf of Oman time now, as I'm on MEC I wanted bomber badly. Server has queue system. 1st there gets to be pilot. This guy comes andTK on PURPOSE by and I tell him, nothing happened. So guy is in bomber and he bombed me on PURPOSE when I was in a tank going for an outpost (no one around me couldn't be accident) so I tell this dk again and instead he kicks me. I log in ask why and Kicks me again.

Looking for a european fair and good server.
Looking for a cool clan too.

Ok, I just found this and have to comment. I own the DMZ servers and along with ZULU we run them, the site and the clan. We've not been going all that long but have attracted some good interest so far. Our rules are simple and designed to promote fairplay.

Being a new clan/community we initially didn't have too much to offer any joining members (other than a quality server to call 'home') but several people joined us because of the ethos we promoted. Our first aim is to have a gaming community and are happy to have clan members who are looking for nothing more than a group of like minded people to play BF2 with. Our recruitment process is very simple in that anyone wanting to join will be made a 'Cadet' and we wait a while to play/speak to them, as long as we get on - they're in.

So far we have only had one person who has become a cadet but that we didn't think was suitable to join (a few have wondered off while cadets and not been seen again). This one person was regularly abusive on the forum and also managed to be one of only 3 people so far who I have had to delete a forum post (because it was simply too innapropriate). He also had to regularly be reprimanded for foul and abusive language on our servers and Ventrilo.

dk61 is one of our best admins, he is a regular player and very diligent to ensure our rules are followed. Server administration is a difficult and thankless task which dk61 and all our admins do a fine job of. We welcome challenge to our rules and will listen to any player who believes they have been unfairly banned (one has recently been re-instated); to aid this we have a section on our site listing the banned players and the reason for their banning (you can find CRIMS0N_W0LF's there too).

As for 'stealing vehicles from the oposing team'. This is rediculous. We have no rule preventing this and never will have. Vehicle theft is, to my mind, an intrinsic part of the battlefield games.

CRIMS0N_W0LF is a kid with a bad attitude. We gave him more than one chance to behave as he was very keen to join the clan. He's a decent player but this has no bearing on DMZ clan membership. If you're not friendly and civilised you won't get in; he didn't. If you are abusive and constantly swear on our servers you will be banned. It's not difficult but  CRIMS0N_W0LF just couldn't grasp the concept.

Thanks to all who have just read all that. I don't expect anyone to take my word for it and so extend an invite to all to visit us and see for yourselves.
