if you are not a noob, then go to www.mess.be
1) find something like 'mess patch' in the downloads list
2) match the version of your msn/wlm to the ones that they have
3) download
4) tick all boxes you want (warning!! noob cakes! read decriptions before tick)
5) patch msn

things that are good to tick:
enable poligamy
disable nudge protection
remove all ads
remove search bar

those patches are safe to use, as long as you dont over do it.
they have about 50-80 tick boxes so ye, fun.
