BF2S Forums I need to unzip cue. and bin. files to make into .rar

So does anybody know how to unzip files from cue. and bin. files im not actually sure if it needs to be .rar but to a file burnable into a cd. i got the game swat 4 fro ma bittorent but they are in the wrong format there is a setup instructions but it is not very well written all it says to do is unzip but there is no way to do that from what i can tell.
