I don't believe I've ever played on their server, but as far as an outside opinion. If your going to make a server public as it is, follow your own rules. Or at least make note to everyone that the members do not need to, otherwise your misinforming (false advertising, lying, etc.) the non-members and making yourselves look like douchebags. For those upset with them, you may have a legit concern, and from what I've heard on the forums, they do look like asshats. So go report them, see if EA cares, and let me know if they do, I'll be surprised.
As far as the comment on "The thing that I have a problem with, is if the server is so bad...and we are all jerks to everyone, why is it that the same non-1sfg members keep coming back, and the server is always full?" is idotic. There's plenty of people that never go on forums for various reasons, and to try and generalize that comment is utterly retarded. I'm sure if everyone saw that behavior your server wouldn't have nearly as many players, but I doubt even that.
If your going to run the server (especially a ranked one), make sure the people that are joining the server know what to expect, instead of misleading them, otherwise you'll end up with a bad reputation that you currently have.
