i d-load a few torrents evry now and then .... i heard about IP Blockers?

Could someone telll us exactly what they are, a good one to use and how to configure it?

I can't really stress enough how important and absolutely imperative it is to run simultaneously P2P and an IP blocker is. Peer Guardian 2 is constantly being updated daily with a new cache lists to choose from and is extremely popular.

Think of Peer Guardian 2 as your condom while online.
