I have 25hrs as a squad leader and 25 hours as a squad member. I just have one question though. It says you have to have 45 team points. Would that just mean 45 overal score or would you have to use medic bags/ammo bags/repair ? Sounds like a noob quesiton I know but I didn't want to get 45 points from tank kills and it not work.
45 in a round, kill assists, repair, revive, heal, supply or driver assists

Damn i tried to get that last night, did 3 rounds with a score over 80 but failed to get the 45 team points, round 1 I got 44, round 2 I got 42 and round 3 44 again when the damn tickets run out.

i got mine in a BH using the Suppot kit and racking up the ammo points and kill assists..thats probably the best way.....

I got mine shock pad whoring on karkand, just wait till some moron throws c4 around the corner, blows up half your team, and you get 20 pts for the reivives lol

I got 3 ribbons (Meritorious Unit Ribbon, Valorous Unit Ribbon and Legion of Merit Ribbon) in one game of Karkand. I joined a squad and had 55 team points.
It's best that you don't try your hardest to get this ribbon because you could just wait till you have all the requirements for the distinguished service medal and get that at the same time.

Get on a Blackhawk in Mashtuur City. Play Support or Medic or Engineer. Don't be a gunner. A good pilot and 2 good gunners and tossing medic bags or support bags out the side or just cranking the wrench will get it for you fast enough. That's how I got mine, along with Vet Resupply and Vet First Aid badges.

45 team points is not hard you just have to be medic kit and just run around and revive and heal ppl and cap flags and it will be easy.

Some awards don't show up even when the requirements are met. It takes some time.
i.e. the Veteran Repair or the Basic Command Badge
I made 40 Commander points with the second the round ended. No Basic Command.
Two days later it showed up ~10 seconds after I hit the 40 points.

Hey, just looking now, I'm applicable for this award. Sweet, next time I play I'm getting 45 team points.
Edit: A busy medic racks up many a team point. Be a busy medic in a squad, heal, revive and capture points with them. That's my plan anyway.
