Is the team pts IAR correct? I was playing last night and finally got enough commander time to complete all the requiered time for the ribbon but then when i got 15 team pts no ribbon apeared. Anyone know if this is a fluke or if the reqs changed?

after your stats have updated with your 10 hours as comm, SL, and SM...go in and get your 15 team points.

Im not new to this game, i understand the IAR and thats why im asking this question. All of my stats where current and fufilled the global reqs before i got the 15 team pts IAR. I was simply wondering if this was a glitch/fluke or if others have had this problem before.
