yes, it should work my friend plays 2142 so it should work for Bf2
I think it will my moms computer played it with 512mb and ati 200 graphics

Quadro cards aren't for gaming. The one in your laptop is the bottom of the bunch:

1.00 GB Ram (667MHz)
I can run BF2 with most settings in medium (except the dynamic stuff) without a problem. BF2SF runs also, but you can feel the Ltop overloading a bit more. Regarding Mods, I run Project Reality, all in low and its ok.
Crash to desktops will ocurr every now and then.
If you are not going to use the graphic card for workstation programs and just for gaming, get a gaming card, dont go for a workstation one unless you get a really really good one.

I don't think that graphics card is supported.
go to http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/ and download the drivers for your card. I have the same card in my laptop, and the 110m is a business oriented version of the 7300 go, which my laptop now registers my card as. The chipset is the same, but the programming on the 110m is slightly different from the 7300 cause it's more oriented at running business graphics not gaming ones.
