Those of you that are Aqua Teen Hunger Force fans know what I'm talking about.  Can you fucking believe what has happened in Boston?  lol

For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, Cartoon Network set up an ad campaign involving signs of some characters from the show through various cities.  Apparently, the local police of Boston thought that they were bombs of some sort, and the metro systems and such were shut down to find these things.  The funny thing is...  these same signs were all over about a dozen other cities without any problems or people freaking out.  WTF is wrong with Boston?

Now, they want to sue Turner Broadcasting (the owner of Cartoon Network) over this.

Fuck Boston...  retards....

I can see the joke in all of this but you have to understand that the whole thing was a bad idea leaving those signs unannounced all over the place was a dangerous move. At the same time Boston reacted perfectly what if those were bombs would you rather them have overreact or not react at all? It was also dangerous for the people putting the sign things all over the place. With todays level of competence of the average Police Officer the people putting up the signs ran the risk of getting shot or worse.

I too saw that. Hind-sight is always 20/20. They took the appropriate action with the knowledge that they had at the time. However, I cannot bring myself to come to a decision on whether the lawsuit is just.
