You need to see if you have Windows Media Connect in your control panel (if you don't have XP MCE). If not, you can get it through windows update (there's an optional patch you might need to download for 360 - PC connectivity, I needed it) or just google it. When you run Windows Media Connect, and you have your 360 and PC hooked up via a router or direct link through a network (CAT5) cable. Your 360 should pick up your PC on the network as long as WMC is running and you have your firewall off or configured properly to allow your 360 to access it. I'm not sure if you can copy stuff from your PCs HD to your 360s HD cuz I've never tried it. I just know you can stream it from your PC. You'll have to look around in the 360 dashboard for that option. I would for you, but I'm on the other side of the continent from my 360 right now, lol. Hope that helps!
Edit: I just remembered you said "wirelessly." As long as your wireless router is set up on DHCP (gives IPs out automatically) or your 360 is in the same IP subnet as your PC going into the router. It works that same as a wired setup. Hope that's not too confusing, heh.
