Is there fls to fla converter ?

Hi Guys I was wondering if there's such tool that lets you convert fls files to fla ? Reason I'm asking I have a template cut up in fls format and I need to convert it to fla format so it can be editable by anyone

Not sure that there is any direct one, however you could try and convert it to swf and then convert that. Just a guess.

He has friends here also.

Boris maybe try a swf decompiler. It's highly unlikely though, you most likely need the source files.
