They're fucking tools. Kinda sad, everyone in the US is so fucking sue-happy.

Do these fucksticks not realize that if they sue nVidia, they'll be too preocuppied with having their lawyers own the shit out of these people to develop actual drivers? Let their developers work in peace, I highly doubt they're intentionally taking a long time on making good drivers.

edit: They ARE Vista capable. They run Vista, no? I don't think they ever promised that it would run 100% smoothly. I don't think there was some sort of contract regarding that. If this is the case let's just sue EA for not patching BF2 well enough (yeah I know DICE made BF2). Or sue the developers of Duke Nukem Forever for not finishing the game.

Also I'm sorry if this foundation is based in somehwere not in the US; I just jump to conclusions.

I registered just to see what they were talking about. Their complaint seems to be over the DX10 compatibility which I find silly considering we don't have a DX10 title yet.

lol I assumed they were in the US too, I'm sure it's at the very least based here & odds are every person involved is from here too
What other country in the world allowed a successful lawsuit against a resteraunt because they're coffee was too hot?

And holy fuck, it's been like what.....5 days? Give Nvidia some time to work or develop your own damn drivers! Or just don't install Vista on your main computer until things get fixed, if you have just 1 computer then wait, it's not gonna hurt you.
