GFX card help on friends PC

Pentium 3 trying ot run on a 256mb diamond raedon 9250

He wants it so he can play wow on low settings.

SO, when i try to download the proper driver for it off the diamond site, and try to install it, he gets an error that say

INF driver not found or something like that.

I feel bad and i want to get an answer for him please

It would be extremely laggy with a P3, and what ram does he have?

fuckin like, 256, maybe 512...he has 2 sticks.

he got no chance of playin bf2 with that set up

gfx card he would need at least a 6 series from nvidia

and @ least 512 mem

then he might just get it to play on low with 800 x 600

atm its a no im afraid

and to answer your question

its means it cant find driver.inf in your Driver.cab file in windows

he needs a driver cleaner

run install

then

re-download the driver from the ATI website not diamond

then install driver

He should have used the money that he bought WoW with to go towards a nice new computer. Heck, even a nice old computer (P4) would beat his rig.

Actually Zero, my old 9200 could run bf2 on low settings with alot of lag, but it still ran.
