Discuss here the methods used to force tk... some i have come across:
sitting on top of chopper
stand infront of jet
flying jet into tank
sitting on top of chopper
stand infront of jet
flying jet into tank
ram car into tank
ram heli into everyting
ram anything into everything
Stand behind reversing vehicles.
Oh, wait, nevermind that one. I do that for cover as I repair them, and people don't check the chase cam for me when going backwards.
Hovering above arty guns.
Standing in front of vehicles.
Stacking people up to get in front of tank guns.
Jumping through chopper blades from above.
Grenade/C4-jumping to catch a plane in flight.

Last night, I was playing Wake, and I accidently pushed E to drop out into the water. I was the gunner in a helo so the helo needed me. The pilot stooped down and picked me up. The whole time I noticed a helo from our carrier coming to us, and I didnt know why. As soon as I got back into the gunner seat, that same helo rammed into us. He was credited with 2 teamkills, but I didn't punish cuz I'm nice like that. But what a jerk to kill us...
Well if FF is off, if you're waiting for a jet, people love to put C4 under you to make you smack the top of the hanger and die....another method is to drive an FAV at full speed towards people waiting and jump out at the last second...they don't even get credited with a TK for that....it just says you are no more...hate it.
Edit- I know it's not force TKing, but I thought I'd throw that out there ...every other method has been covered already.

Jump out of a jet/helo at high heights and fall onto a friendly vehicle occupied by a teammate.

Get a full blackhawk and ram it into a boat.
