Yeah, they should limit clothes like that to girls over 16 and that can actually pull the look off.

When I rule the world, such a law will be brought into effect. Ugly or fat people wearing skimpy or overly tight clothes will be tasered on sight.
Also, there will be mandatory excercize classes for everyone, and subsidised cosmetic surgery for the chronically ugly.

EDIT:
I would say 'vote Skorpy' here, but I don't actually intend to do anything even remotely democratic. Instead, just listen when I say to stay away from landmarks and government buildings; they are the first targets for my superweapon.
And avoid large stretches of privately-owned desert. It may look empty NOW, but it may sprout craters.

But I agree, what is with society today? Fundamentalist Terrorism is a threat my arse, it's fucking terrorism from people like this that is jeopardizing our children's future.
In my opinion, people that promote slutiness in children like this should be shot. And parents need to get a grip on whats "cute" and whats not.
