im always earning other people kill streaks in the helicopter. My two friends revelate and doubleu have kill streaks of 73 and 81 from gunning for me, and mine is only 51

Can a kill streak span multiple rounds or can you continue a kill streak from one round to another? For instance, say I went 21-0 on a round, can I kill 4 more people without dying at the beginning of the next round in order to have 25 consecutive? Or, does the kill streak end/reset itself because it's a new round?
no kill streaks work from round to round. Incase you didn't notice your character dies at the end of the round. I've actually been on a map where the end screen was a flag I was trying to cap and was able to see my dead body flop to the ground. Wish I had had FRAPS running for that one!
