Well, as a base machine, it's okay. I'd seriously think about an new graphics card in it though, the 7300 is generally pretty pathetic.
CPU is fast enough not to bottleneck much, but still pretty weak overall.
RAM is enough, if you aren't using Vista.
Also, if you can open it, you can upgrade it.

So yeah, if you're going to upgrade it, get more RAM and a new GPU. (and eventually, depending on wether the MoBo is AM2 or not, a new CPU)

High end GPU? What a 7300???

That PC has very dated components that's all i'm gonna say.

It's MUCH better than the one I've been using to play BF2, so it'll do for that - and if your mum gave it to you then the price is right

I meant a high end if he upgraded his gpu, not the current one

not bad for the price, but it's barely a gaming machine. don't expect too much out of it.

The best is to open it and send us a picture. If you can put in a GPU that does NOT use system memory like the 7300 LE, it's not that bad. Although, you shoul really get a 2nd GB of RAM.

Also, try something like this to support your gfx card if you get a new one, should reduce some temperature probs within that pc of yours: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showprodu … =SY-000-GE
