We use it in normal conversation without even knowing it, or commenting on it. We have all used it at least once, but THEY seem to never show THEIR faces. We have never seen them, and by golly i don't think we will ever see THEM.

Well....you know what THEY say.
This is an example, we always refer to these 'people' in an act of anger or, if we don't know WHO the people that are used in the conversation (e.g The dictator of the Serbian communist party is quite odd.) Then since we have absolutely NO idea who that is (i just made that up on-the-spot) we will refer to them like 'i hate THOSE bastards', as most people wouldn't have any idea who they actually are.
Anywho, the reason of this thread is for everybody to have a guess at who THEY are. I dunno, the government, aliens, Saddam from the dead, whatever. And, does anybody else have examples of who they are? (like the example i listed earlier).
