Any ideas, besides adaware and spybot search and destroy.

Nothing can save you from getting fucked right this second...  current working exploit for Firefox and IE which can grab any file on your computer, provided it's a website where you do alot of typing... like... this one... {oh noes!}

p.s. noscript for FF does work quite well... if you can take having to enable JS in every site manually...
