I just instal Windows Vista
it is something you have done or have not done. I have a friend who is running Vista and regularly plays BF2 matches.
Right click on your shortcut then go to Properties. Go to compatibility, and make it run as Windows XP.

if i remember correct, right click it and press run as administrator (if it asks put in the password).. should work

i have a different kind of problem. when i try to connect to a server it says cd key isnt valid. i only have this problem in Vista.
isnt this like the 100th posting on this matter??
i was reffering to Vista. if u can find an answer on this forums for my problem ill give +1
