The number of times you did something in a row without being interrupted.
Kill streak, for instance, is the number of kills you got in a row without dying.

I believe it has to be within a single round of BF2 (or SF). I believe this because at the end of the round, you get a whole bunch of spam saying "XXXX is no more" within just about everyone's name on.
