Hey, in that forum I can not create a topic at all. There's no 'create a topic' or 'post a poll' in the top right hand corner. Is there like a specific number of posts you have to have or something? Well thanks!

Those are protected areas of BF2s. In order for a topic to be in there, a moderator must move a quality thread from a regular section of BF2s and into that section ... it is recognition of a good contribution to the forums.

You can't directly post there and neither can any other normal member. A mod must move it there if they decide your guide or whatever is worthy of it.

Post it in the main section of the appropriate category (BF2 or BF2142). Moderators may not notice the post, so you can PM a moderator, tell him that you believe your thread is of high quality, that you believe it would be helpful to others, and should be preserved in the "Techniques, Strategies, and Guides" forum.
