Does anyone that's reading this regularly buy Crucial RAM in the UK?
Or does anyone know what 'sidedness' PC3200 they generally ship?
Does it depend on whether you buy a kit or two seperate dimms?
Does it depend on whether it's Ballistix or Standard ram?

I'm planning to upgrade my ram - currently have 2x512MB (both from crucial, but one is double-sided, one single-sided), on a GigaByte GA-7N400 Pro2 (rev 2) motherboard - so I require either two single-sided, or one of each sidedness (according to manual) - I think the 'one-of-each' option is most likely to be compatible with current ram and mobo, but manual says two single-sideds should work...

(btw, I have asked Crucial these questions... several days ago... I'm still waiting...)

It shouldn't matter, unless your motherboard is picky.

My motherboard manual heavily suggests it is picky - see: GA-7N400 Pro2 manual (pdf) - page 23 - in particular, this table:

Well, for what I want (PC3200 DDR), and from the only supplier I can find for G.Skill RAM in the UK, Crucial is cheaper and a name I trust (I have only ever used Crucial RAM and have never had any problems with it) - I just wish their pre-sales customer support was as good as their ram.
