Those who play Medic, Engineer or Support will have come accross this many a time.

"I need ammo!"
"I need a medic!"
"I need repairs, quick!"

At which point, the people who said this will continue running without looking to see if there is a medic nearby. I'm pretty sure that at some points playing this game you will come accross people who say this, and then run away, leaving you chasing after them trying to hit them in the head with a medkit.

Anyway, I was thinking that if a friendly requests one of the above, someone of the correct class would be able to target that person with their ammo bag/medkit/wrench and right click to send a voice message to that person saying something along the lines of "Roger that, wait there for medical attention".

What do you think?

well, when someone requests health/ammo/repairs i say "roger that" and head over
if they dont stand put it's their own damn fault.  I wouldn't worry too much about them, considering they don't seem to want the health/ammo -that- much if they run away as soon as they call for it.

Yeah that ticks me off too chasing them down after they ask for it. Typically a single pistol shot will at least get them to stop and look around which allows you time to catch up.

"Roger that" should be good enough. If they don't wait for it after hearing "roger that" then screw 'em.

What I hate is when I walk up to a medic or support guy and request a medic or ammo and they just look at you or turn and run away while you spam the message ten times. I flashbang them if it's available or usually again, a pistol shot will get their attention. I've only had to TK one ammo guy once before when I was entirely out of ammo and the commander refused supply drops. I happened to be a medic at the time and revived him after stealing some of his ammo so it was all good.

Thats also annoying. I jumped in front of a support guy who was running around randomly shouting 'I need ammo' to no effect. He got sniped a second afterward though, so I picked up his kit and gave myself ammo.

Yeah that's typically what I hope for when I flashbang them.  *snipe* "ooooh finally, ammo bag!"

And oh yeah, all of you guys who spam your ammo and medic bags to boost your points, keep it up. I love ya!

This is exactly what I was going to write tonight!  weird...
Great idea of how that kind of commando should sound like though
