If I had my dial calipers I'd help ya out, but I left them at work, I'll see if I've got a tape measure or something in my apartment, but don't count on it.
Slide is 1 1/2" tall
7/8" wide at the top and tapers to 5/8" near the bottom
Frame is 3/4" wide through out
Grips vary greatly from gun to gun, so don't worry about those too much
Ejector port 1 3/8" lengthwise along the top of the slide and 1 1/4" along the side of the slide and the whole port is just over a 1/2" tall
Trigger guard is 3/8" wide trigger is 1/4" wide and 7/8" tall
Just hollar if you want more. I wish I could give you more detailed numbers, but I don't have a dial caliper with me.
