Sidewinder Force Feedback 2. No longer in production, but pick it up if you find it for sale anywhere. It's big, clunky, heavy and damn accurate. The force feedback will rip itself out of your hand sometimes if you don't have a firm grip (though I rarely use the feature). A joy to use it on cobblestone roads in such games as Mafia.

A throttle's nice too. And extra buttons to tag to spotting, countermeasures, afterburners, eject/parachute, etc. And a hat to adjust camera view.
