A couple of things I notice about your game.
1. The red squares instead of the NETbat diamonds.
2. You UD-6 show in the bottom left corner as a Titan (1) while you are playing in Conquest mode(2)
3. You damage bar also show read, which makes me believe you have a problem with the game model install.
Do you have the dvd edition or the link edition of BF2142?
You need to de-install everything from Battlefield 2142. Make a fresh clean reinstall, then only download patch v.1.10 from EA-link (or 1.20 when it is released). Downloading full patches might also do the trick.
