Why do i loose point for doing nothing?

Why is it that Everytime i log into the gamearena wake island (not sure what number) i loose points for absolutly nothing, the first time i didnt beleive it but the second time i just sat there and kept out of trouble, i didnt tk,claywhore, at mines, nothing that would minus 18 points, any advice? explanation?
