Well I was just wondering do most people use joysticks or mouse, and does it make a big difference?

Im one of them, I have recently purchased a joystick and im sorry to admit it is much better to control the plane even though i still use my m+k dont ask me why.Axon wrote:

Joystick... either one is acceptable with enough practice but imho the joystick is smoother and it allows me to bind keys for a more natural accessability.
i use joystick for jets and mouse and keyboard for helicopters

I used to use mouse and did fairly well with it, killing, stunts and all, but now I use a joystick and I cant do stunts as well, but the killing is way better

Im finally going to get a joystick, any suggestions on which ones are good and which ones arent, money is not a problem.
I use a joystick since I use it for every other game I fly in.

Keyboard only is the only way to go in helos, but I have to say joystick wins the day for jets. Yes you can be quite good with k/m, but I think joystick still generally comes out on top.
Stick... takes getting used to for choppers but once you get the hang its golden.
