hi all.i,am new here as you can guess.i got this problem with my stats,maybe something stupid how knows.
I got a crappie rank,loads of points,i think i missed something.

if you are wondering why you dont get first sgt, you need the awards before 20000 pts

you get 1.sgt or master sgt, but once youve become master sgt there is no way to get 1.sgt, if you mean something else sorry for having wasted 10 seconds of your time

yea i can understand my rank but when i go to bfhqat end of game my meter bar never moves no matter the kills points or awards will this change at 50000 ?

At 50,000 it will change and you will be a Sergeant Major.

That happens because there are two ranks at 20,000 points. Since First Sergeant is a higher rank than Master Sergeant, the game assumes that is the next rankup you'll get.

It used to be the same way with 50,000 points too, since there were three possible ranks here, Sergeant Major, Sergeant Major of the Corps, and Master Gunnery Sergeant.
