My girlfriend just bought a new laptop. When she tries to recharge the battery, nothing happens. So I searched on google to see if anyone have had a similar problem with their HP Pavilion. Found 2 threads on what to check. In one of them it said to download HP battery check program. I can't download it. When I try to download it on IE , it stops responding. When I try to download it using FF, I only get an error message. So, anyone got the program and want to send me?
Want to try that program before we go back to the store where she bought it tomorrow.
