You have to tell us what you're talking about. I'm going to assume it's computer related, what OS? Application? Were you trying to interface your dog with your computer again?

I was kind of kidding about the OS, but seriously dude you have to help us so we can help you. Reinstall the fucking audio drivers, and tell us what kind of sound hardware you have. Soundcard? Could be burned out. Onboard? Even more likely to just have crapped out.

MagikTrik's quick guide to Tech forum etiquette:

1) We don't know what kind of system/components/operating system you have so please tell us at the beginning.

2) We don't know what you were doing when a problem arose, so please tell us.

3) If you post a problem & it gets solved, whether by someone's advice or by your own doing, please post what the problem was & the steps you took to fix it so that it may possibly help others & so people know that your problem is actually fixed & they can stop trying to figure it out.

Example of bad etiquette: http://forums.bf2s.com/viewtopic.php?id=64228

Now onto your problem...do things in this order. Uninstall drivers/bundled software, reboot, reinstall drivers, reboot, try again. If that still doesn't work then whatever sound system you have probably has a ton of shit in your registry which means you can't likely clean it up without a reformat.
