Basically, since installing the patch, i keep seeing the infantry radar unlock being deployed by team mates.
How do i get this. 

Sorry if this has been posted before...couldn't find any info on it

those involved in the beta kept the unlocks, or you can field upgrade to NS unlocks.

You should be able to field-upgrade the new unlocks. However, this might be limited to the ones who bought Northern Strike for the moment.

Side note: I bought Northern Strike about a week ago and yesterday I permanently unlocked the grenade launcher for support (the sticky shotgun or whatever it's called).
You don't need to be a general to unlock the unlocks in Northern Strike.

Our unlocks shouldn't be in there in the first place. EA said they where going to be removed. I don't remember when but that's what they said. They are slow for sure.

Yeah go back to their homepage at www.combattesting.com and check the normal threads. You will see people asking why they still have their unlocks left. They also had a topic about we werent going to keep the unlocks but seems it got deleted, that was posted by a EA member

Yes, they are available now.

I've unlocked the shock-absorber boot.

Oh, and for the record, the radar-grenade is terrible.  I field-unlocked it, threw it down a hallway in the titan and it showed one person.  I go into that hallway and there were four guys all standing in one place.  I would've been better off throwing a normal grenade.
