I did a search and could not find it so here we go.....

Say you are on top of the TV station and arty hits ya, assuming the enemy arty is at full strength, what is the aprroximate time between arty strikes? i.e how long does it take to reload?

Jump in there and play commander then time it. While you're at it you can also time how long between shot and received. I can't tell you the time, but, from a commanders viewpoint it's the same as a UAV use and recharge. Both of which are twice as long as a scan.
