BF2S Forums Need some help with a coupla badges...

Incidentally, I did manage to finally get a Problem Solver pin. That was nice...except for my -26 TK score. Oh well. Least I got it, right?

Experiment with different kits but i would recommend Recon or Assault, spamming APM`s for Titan attack is almost a waste of time, what you want is firepower and spamming APM`s for the destructor badge dont do you any good at all.

Titan attack: 30 kills while on the enemy Titan, assault would be my choice or the kit you are most comfortable with, granade hallways before entering and follow up with the rocketlauncher ....

Titan destruct: 3 consoles and 1 core, Recon with a friend as support, pure luck to get this badge.

Titan defend: 30 kills while on your own Titan, any kit will do, APM and RDX is good but assault on deck is equally good, depends on the style of play on the server you are playing on .......

Got both of mine while playing as Recon
1. Titan Attack  - Gaymore spamming and a long round is what your after (at least that’s how I think I got mine)
2. Titan Destruct Gold - You probably going to hate me for this, but I got mine by just destroying 4 consoles, that’s right I didn’t destroy the core)

Christ. I don't know how many times ive tried for either gold defend or attack, i just think that the round needs to go totally perfect for ya, and dont worry about how far away you are, happens to me, then i panic and try and force a kill somewhere, and fuck up. So take it easy, and you'll get it at some point

Destructor? Yes you want recon. Note, if a team mate is also blowing consoles, just lay one of your RDX packs on and let him blow them, you will get credit for the console/core also.

This is how I made it. Quick round with about 12/48 players, no titan defence. Just make sure to get enough silos in the beginning.

Titan attack/defence:

RDXs/APMs at vents + Lambert or Assault rocket/nade spamming.
Also, support kit is good for defending.

EDIT (In response to next post):

Please play on a full 48 player server when trying to get attack/defence badges, makes it much easier.

Titan Attack:

Yes it is a bitch, almost impossible to get, unless all the conditions are perfect. Titans next to eachother, both shields down, Silos on the ground neutralized before they could fire.

I suggest you try PAC/Shuko 80 LMG, because you need the ammo more then anything else. When going for attack badge, you have no time to revive your mates. Its too bad for them, but it means more kills for you.
Keep moving in the titan, avoid corridors.

Titan destructor, same as above, you need the right conditions. I got it accidently, just like the titan attack gold, wasn't expecting it.

Keep patient, but have fun in the meantime, when the moment is right you will get it.

I got the Titan Defense Gold, without even realizing I could get it. Got It very early in the game.
As I said: it all depends on skill and luck.

I did not get the titan assault badge yet but I've been close to getting it many times and the only kit that got me 28 kills was the support kit. i used a combination of grande throwing and shooting the enemy enetring through the vents. The bast place to do that is on the upper level by the vents on populated server you have to be patient and wait for the enemy to come out of there coridors.

As for the destrucion badge I have it.
Its not hard to get all you need is a clanmate to resupply you and a small server about 16 players to get it. Why small server becaouse assaulting force can only consist of 2 players 2 players must defend and at leat 3 must take care of the silos leaveing the Control pannle destrucion to you and your buddy make sure to tell your clanmate no to destroy consoles only resuply you once you get four the core should be easy put down a APM mine by both entrences to the titan core and concetrate on putting RDX pack on the core you will need 25 to take out a full armored titan. Once an enemy triggers your mine and gets killed make sure to put down a new one.
