My first rule on PC-ology: NEVER EVER go oem...  They just make expensive good looking paper weights, cuz thats all they're good for..... Except laptops, coz you haven't got a choice.....

as for warranty, I guess I'm just lucky, coz I've got a good working relationship with my local hardware store guy.... PLUS, he delivers grade A material, so I won't actually be needing the warranty until I need to upgrade it...  Granted, it takes a while until all items are delivered, but my local hardware store guy is cheap, so everyone's happy... except maybe DELL and other OEM manufacturers......

All the guy wants is to buy a built pc and all you lot are going on about why americans are or arent lazy FFS shut the hell up and have your hissyfits on the field, the battlefield that is go knife kill the hell out of each other!!! 

Everyone looks like there saying different things, poor guys probabily mroe confused now than even, still though for all you guys posting please read the original post CUSTOM BUILDS ARE NOT AN OPTION there clear enough.

also in my previous post i reaslise the comment i made was not very adult of me and very uncalled for so please accept my appologies on that comment.

Nuff said.... Any news on what you are opting for at the moment?

Oh and also Dell bought alienware they are not alienware, like subway and mc donalds thing they keep there seperate shops etc they just own them.
