I need help with getting to the Teamspeak administration page, while the server is a remote server.  I've done it before, and I've done it with my own local server too.

IP - 66.135.41.33:1160

I've tried going to http://66.135.41.33:1160/login.html and http://66.135.41.33:1160/ but neither help.
