he's farmer, explains what's wrong in the chat. Wondering if anyone knew how to fix it.

There are three possibilities that I can think of:

(1)  Most likely, he just needs to clear his cookie ... perhaps something has gotten screwed up there.
(2)  He may not be using the correct username ... it should be "farmerfez"
(3)  He may be typing in the wrong "case" with his password.  Passwords on BF2s are case-sensitive, so he needs to use capitalization consistent with his original password.  If he can't remember, have him type in his username and request the password to be emailed to him.
