When does one get scar-l for the Spec-Ops??? can somebody help me?
Uhm... When you choose to unlock it after obtaining a new rank?

I'm pretty unshure about this too, since it's listed as a Special Forces Unlock.
Does this imply I have to make my Rank UP in Special Forces to get it(which i doubt), or does it mean I could have unlocked it without unlocking the G36 before, if I had done the Rank Up in Special Forces.

You can get access to the Special Forces unlocks by playing Battlefield 2: Special Forces. When you rank up again (or if you are of a high enough rank already), you can receive extra unlocks. You don't have to actually rank up in BF2:SF to get these unlocks. These may be used to get SF or normal BF2 unlocks. However, you can only use the new SF unlocks in normal BF2 servers. You can unlock the FN SCAR-L after you unlock the G36C for the Spec Ops class.

Play ONE round of a special forces map. Then simply do whatever, then, when you rank up you'll get the unlocks screen. You will get one unlock but once you hit lance corpral and over, you get 2. You can only get SF unlocks if you have the unlock before it.
FOR EXAMPLE: You can ONLY unlock the Scar-L if you have the G36C AND rank up
You can ONLY use Special Forces unlocks in regular battlefield 2
