Manning the Essex Guns

I've seen Posts where people talk about manning the Essex guns.

How do you do this?

I've played Wake & Iron Gator & ran all around the guns looking at them but couldn't figure out how to do it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Not true. If MECSF control the Flight Deck, and the Essex Gun has been destroyed and respawned - then MECSF can use the gun. Good for raping the Viewing Deck

I think it's kinda unfair you can't get into it as a PLA/MEC/MECSF player

Oh btw: this would be something for patch 1.5 - an option that you can't be killed when in the Essex (you know, you're not reall in there...), but won't get points if you shoot a plane either.
