I've had this problem since I got Fraps. When I record with Full-size and get 45 FPS I get no problems at all but when I watch the recording its all laggy and skips up to 10 secs.
But half-size works but that + Windows media lowering quality + youtube lowering more = a huge pixel mess

any help?

just record 1/2 size

no one is gonna care if your pixels are a mess

if you upload a decent quality to something like game theatre it will be fine

i always record my fraps @ 1/2 size and its fine

full size is pointless anyway coz your not gonna watch the vid at the res you recorded @ are you

it will probs be 640 x 480 like most vids.
