Sometimes when I load a map the sandbag texture gets fucked up and it looks like this:

i think ive seen that problem before, in doom 3, i found a secret area and all of sudden, everything got shiney. is your vid card oc'd?

Anyways, very interesting sandbags you have there Trigger... Too bad they aren't smoother, then you could see people in the reflection and use it to your advantage!

funny thing is all the solid textures look like that in half-life.
Weird, it does the exact same thing to me. Mostly on Songhua stalemate and Sharqi.

Does the game continue to work when it happens?
id say its just a texture bug or something like that and seeing as how not many people have got it its proberly specific to your video settings?
tell us what video settings you play at and your video card and see if someone can duplicate the problem. If they can id say its programing. if they cant it may be just your install.
